The Pats Cup Tournament Committee has gone to great lengths to secure hotel room availability for all teams participating in the Pats Cup. With Orange County being the Summer Wonderland of California, demand for good hotel accommodations runs very high in July. The Pat Cup considers itself very fortunate to have partnered itself with the outstanding hotels listed below.

Teams using hotel rooms are required to obtain them from our approved hotels, using the group reservation procedure established by The Pats Cup and our hotel partners. Hotel confirmation will be required before acceptance into the Pats Cup becomes final. We have over 1,200 hotel rooms reserved for Pats Cup participants and are all conveniently located to the fields and centered around all Pat Cup 2010 activities.

The Pats Cup has established the following hotel procedure:

1. When you have been accepted into the tournament you may call your hotel of choice from this list.

2. Make your reservations as a group. Call the hotel directly and do not use reservation services or hotel chain reservation numbers. If indicated, ask for the contact from this list by name. If in doubt, ask for the Sales Manager.

3. Be sure you mention The Pats Cup.

4. Once the hotel has finalized your reservation and completed all arrangements including deposits, rooming lists, and payment arrangements, you should complete the Hotel Confirmation form (you will find this form under the "General Information" section of our website) and then fax it to The Pats Cup Committee at 949-643-0324.

5. If you change hotels, resubmit the form. If you do not return this form to The Pats Cup Committee, we may assume you do not wish to participate and your team will be replaced. This year we will have an extensive local waiting list for admittance into the Pats Cup. In the event any team cancels its reservations with 24 hours of the 1st tournament game, that team will be replaced by a local Southern California team.

If you call the hotels prior to receiving acceptance into the tournament, some may place you on a waiting list while you wait for your acceptance.

The Pats Cup Committee works hard to provide you the best hotel experience, and we will help you with hotel problems. However, we also help the hotels with their problems, so please be advised teams that do not behave while visiting in our hotels will not return to our tournament.

The Embassy Suites Hotel has 300 two-room suites which are at least 500 square feet and will accommodate up to 6 people per room.

Each suite includes dual phone lines with voice-mail, data ports and high speed internet connectivity. Your suite has its' own living room are complete with microwave, mini-refrigerator, wet bar and coffeemaker. Both rooms have a remote-control cable TV with in-room movies.

This Hotel is the newest addition to Orange County. The Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Orange County and freeway accessible to many Southern California attractions and the soccer fields. Each of our luxurious suites measures approximately 520 square feet with a private bedroom and separate living/dining area with a queen sofa pullout bed. All suites are equipped with a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary internet in the Business Center. Special self parking at $6.00 per day for overnight guests (lots of free parking within the area). Centrally located to all fields.

The Pats Cup has partnered with Enterprise rent-a-car to insure that all Pat Cup participants' every van or car rental need is well taken car of. Enterprise was selected based on its' "Mission Statement" and its history in providing rental vehicles.

Enterprise offers free pick up service anywhere in Southern California and provides 24-Hour roadside assistance to assist any of their clients in case of a mechanical breakdown anywhere they travel. Enterprises offers over 70 different vehicle models to choose from.

We have negotiated a special rate on all vehicles for Pat Cup participants, even during the month of July, a high tourist demand month for vehicle rentals in Southern California. Participants of the Pats Cup are able to access these special car rental rates through Enterprise's 1-800-RENT A CAR phone number and referring to the special Enterprise/Pat Cup code 32H7348.
