Register for the Tournament
The Pats Cup Tournament Registration Program site has been developed to serve all of your application, registration, player roster, bracket information, game schedule and game score needs ON-LINE, including the payment of your Tournament fee.

You begin the application process by completing a simple form and creating your own User ID and Password for future use. You may take as much time as you need to complete your application because you will have the ability to return at any time and work with your application until you actually decide to submit it. Only then are you required to pay the appropriate Tournament fee. If you elect to pay the Tournament fee by a Cashiers Check rather than a credit card, just print your completed application and follow the mailing instructions. Once we have received it, we will enter your on-line file, mark it paid, and process your application from there.
It must be noted that your application is not deemed submitted until the application has been submitted and your registration fees paid. The application deadline is July 6, 2009. REMEMBER – The age groups are for the 2009-2010 season. For example -If you played U10 last year, you will play U11 in the Pats Cup this year.

As teams are accepted to the Tournament, they will be placed into the appropriate age groups. Once the team is accepted,there will be no refunds of any kind. Bracket Pool assignments for that specific age group will not begin until the specific age group has been closed for applications. After an age group is closed, the Tournament Committee will then pool all the teams into the appropriate brackets and will be displayed on our web site.
If your team is selected for participation in the Pats Cup, please remember to print your application and roster just prior to the mandatory July 24, 2009 Tournament check-in. The forms that you print from our online registration system will make this required check-in a breeze and will allow you to spend more time socializing at the Check-In party.

Once you have created your own User ID and Password, you only need to click one of the Log On buttons.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be made to all teams not accepted. If not already accepted, Teams that drop before June 15th will be given refunds less $25 for credit card service fees. No refunds will be given to accepted teams at any time or teams that drop on or after June 15th.
The Tournament Director or referee may suspend any match or tournament in consideration of safety to players or damage to fields in event of inclement whether under any circumstances. Partial refunds for cancelled or suspended games will be considered by Tournament Committee but will not exceed $100 per game.
No refund will be allowed due to forfeit of game by team accepted to tournament.
PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT FACTS:
As you complete this application and make your payment online, your application is considered complete and your team will be considered for acceptance into the tournament. Making your payment does NOT guarantee acceptance into the tournament. You will receive confirmation that a payment has been received. This is not an acceptance notification into the tournament. The Pats Cup, while trying to be equitable in it's team selections, reserves complete jurisdiction of the teams that are selected for whatever reasoning.
